Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Email ernesto@tenochgmz.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products are non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days or without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
