Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

US Shipping

Most products ship from US or international warehouses. US warehouse orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Products shipping from international warehouses may take 10-20 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10-25 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 1-3 days to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages
