Where do you ship?

We currently accept and ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 6–11 business days after the order is placed, including processing and carrier transit. The estimate shown at checkout may vary by destination, product, and available service. See our Shipping Policy.

Who fulfills my order?

TenochGMZ is a U.S.-based online retailer that works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. An order may ship directly from a supplier or fulfillment warehouse. TenochGMZ remains responsible for customer service, tracking assistance, approved returns, and refunds.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For every approved return, TenochGMZ provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. See our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What should I do?

Contact ernesto@tenochgmz.com as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at ernesto@tenochgmz.com or 520-261-8585. We can cancel or modify an order only before it enters fulfillment.

Which connector do I need for microphone products?

iPhone models without a headphone jack use Lightning or USB-C depending on the model; iPhone 15 and later use USB-C. Android phones typically use USB-C. Check the device port and product specifications before ordering.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, it is emailed after the order ships. Carrier activity may take up to 48 hours to appear.
