How long does shipping take?
Most US orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days depending on your location and the product warehouse. Some products ship from US warehouses and arrive faster.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us at ernesto@tenochgmz.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at ernesto@tenochgmz.com. We can cancel or modify orders that have not yet been shipped.
Which connector do I need for microphone products?
iPhone models without a headphone jack use Lightning or USB-C depending on the model (iPhone 15 and later use USB-C). Android phones typically use USB-C. Check your phone's charging port before ordering.
Do the wireless mics work with all recording apps?
Most wireless mics work with the native camera app and popular apps like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Some apps may require manual audio source selection in settings.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use it to track your package on the carrier's website.
